To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 7-day return policy. Please read the details below carefully.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. To qualify for a return, your product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received including original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.

  2. Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.

  3. Please note: Product images shown on our website are captured in studio lighting with professional equipment. A minor variation in color may occur due to lighting or screen resolution, which shall not be considered a defect.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Reach out to our customer care team within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.

  2. Share your order number and the reason for return for faster processing.

  3. To begin, email us at support@nicarloluxe.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll share a return shipping label and clear instructions for the process.

Note: Any package returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Charges

  • Defective or Wrong Item: If the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping charges and arrange for a replacement or full refund.

  • Other Returns: If the return is due to reasons other than defect or damage (e.g., change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping cost. In such cases, a small restocking fee may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Process

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, we’ll update you regarding the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note: Banks or credit card providers may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed after your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@nicarloluxe.com.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable.

  • Products purchased during final sale or under promotional clearance may not qualify for return.

Additional Guidelines

  1. Kindly ensure the item is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit. We cannot be held responsible for any damage occurring during return shipping.

  2. We recommend using a trackable courier service and retaining the shipping proof until your return is processed.

  3. Any free gifts, promotional items, or complimentary accessories received with the order must also be returned.
